It is a particular concern of the Reeder und Makler Club Hamburg e.V. that members are offered the opportunity to meet regularly, talk to each other and exchange ideas.

Especially at a time when digitalization and social networks play a central role in our everyday lives and personal exchange seems to be taking a back seat, it is a special endeavor to make club life lively and varied.
Our annual program changes every year, but the traditional events form the basis of our program. In addition, the club offers specialist lectures, but also visits to shipping-specific companies such as port facilities or shipyards, boat trips and much more.

The admission requirements have adapted to the times, but an affinity for shipping remains essential. The exchange includes expertise, experience and knowledge, which are essential in what we consider to be a complicated and demanding profession.

Anyone who feels called to do so is invited to apply for personal membership of our club at any time. There are no memberships for trainees or company memberships.
